Faye N. Higgs

The Faye N. Higgs Memorial Scholarship was established by Mindy Higgs Taylor, daughter of Faye N. Higgs, with the intention of endowing an annual scholarship of $500 for a 2nd year, full-time student in the nursing program with a 2.5 GPA or higher. Preference should be given to a student with children who needs financial assistance. The donor wants to be notified of the recipient.
